All full week bookings now require a 20% deposit paid by debit or credit card to confirm your child’s place, alternatively, you can pay in full by debit or credit card. Individual day bookings give you the option of paying in full or paying a deposit.
When you pay a deposit you then have the option to send a cheque to the office address, use childcare vouchers (you need to contact your childcare voucher provider to organise this), you can pay by bank transfer (please email us and we can supply you with the bank details) or with prior notice pay by cash on your arrival at camp. After placing your order, you can copmplete your order by visiting the “View My Orders” page, or, you can contact us to clarify how you intend to pay your balance.
At the time of booking you will receive a confirmation email of your booking. Your order then needs to be activated by the Excel office which usually happens within 24hrs. At this time if you created an account with a username and password (recommended) you will be able to log into the account to view your order. When you make a payment the Excel office will then mark the account as paid which will trigger another email to you to confirm the payment.
