booking
1. bookings can be made online on this website, by downloading a booking form and posting the booking to Excel’s office, or by making a telephone booking on 0131 551 1442.
2. deposits are required for all bookings. Bookings for places are not guaranteed without a deposit and payment made in full within four weeks of the dates booked. A 20% deposit is required for each booking. £100 deposit is required for the excel expedition.
3. * reduced rates for corporate & st. george's parents on the multi-sports programme only: £10 per week, £2 per day & half-day
4. childcare vouchers are welcome
5. cheques are made payable to ‘Excel Sports Academy Ltd’
6. bank transfer payments are welcome. Please call for bank details.
7. debit and credit card payments can be made via PayPal when booking online or via telephone bookings. A PayPal account holders can use the facility in the usual way, and non-account holders will receive an invoice via email for payment. A fee of 2% of the booking total is required to cover the cost of PayPal’s service.
