If children don't manage to arrive by 9am, a parent or guardian will be contacted to confirm a no show.  Camp begins at 9am with the Manager's welcome speech in the St. George's Centre before moving onto the gym or the fields for Team Fun Games.  There will be no staff waiting around in the St. George's Centre.  If you are running late, please call Excel's mobile 07970 514 514 and Excel will arrange for a member of staff to meet you and your child.

Similarly, if you plan to collect your child early, please let staff know during the daily signing in process or call ahead of time, and staff will arrange to have your child ready for collection.  Collecting time is between 5pm and 6pm Monday to Friday.

Remember to ensure that your child has sufficient clothing in cold or cool weather, a hat/cap and suncream during the hot weather, and should your child be allergic to particular sun creams, please bring your own safe brand.

Boxed drinks are useful for snacks and lunch, but water bottles are essential for replenishing vital fluids during activities.
