Excel’s sports programme runs from 9am until 5pm, and offers supervision for an hour at the beginning of the day from 8am and an hour at the end of the day until 6pm.  This service is free of charge.

During the supervision period children at camp have the choice of watching a (U-rated) film in the ‘Film Room’ or to join a table set up for games, puzzles, jigsaws or books to read in the same room.

Q1.  Are you happy for your child(ren) to watch a film during the supervision part of the day?

Supervised lunch time ‘down-time’

As above, a (U-rated) film will be shown during a 30 minute ‘down-time’ break following a 30 minute lunch break.  This down-time break is to balance an active morning and an essential rest from engaging in sports.  The option to join a table set up for games, puzzles or books is also available.

Children between 11 – 16 years have the option to meet in an alternative ‘Games Room’ next door to the film room.  A collection of electronic and board games, jigsaws etc is available.
