Multi Sports

Whether a booking is made for a half day, full days, a week or even several weeks, Excel Sports Academy promises to make every day special.  Each day offers a wide variety of sports and activities to ensure maximum fun and enjoyment.

Excel’s sports coaches positively encourage each child individually, effectively building intervention skills in all activities.  Experience has shown, by promoting greater participation, children have fun learning and a respectful approach to sportsmanship is developed.

Each day begins with a ‘team fun games’ session designed to ensure children are warmed up and motivated in preparation for an active day.

Whilst children join teams of mixed ages and abilities to encourage friendly competitiveness, children team up with others of a similar age group and ability to ensure maximum enjoyment and safety throughout the camp.

A wide range of multi sports are on offer including:
athletics

badminton

basketball

cricket

foam fencing

football

fun golf

hockey

kwik cricket

mini olympics

Please note that the weekly programme is crammed full of activities and may vary depending on suitable weather, the need to vary the programme and other situations beyond Excel's control.

At the end of the week, parents, families and guardians are invited to watch a short film their children have been involved in making and share in the fun of the Oscars and Prize Giving Ceremony.

* Any child not wishing to participate in the live film-making can opt to help with props, script write or assist the director. Any child not wishing to appear in the film-making or the week’s film montage should make this known when making a booking.
