FAQ / Ts & Cs

For those children who would like something, even more adventurous, the excel-plus programme offers a wide range of specialist activities.  Participants will need to attend for a full week (except the hockey option), and will join the multi sports programme before and after their specialised activities each day.  There is a minimum of two hours specialist instruction, five days a week to build confidence and experience in each activity, and, as with the multi-sports programme, children will team up with others of a similar age group and experience to ensure maximum enjoyment, learning opportunities and safety throughout the camp. Each child will receive a certificate of accomplishment either from the venue or from Excel Sports Academy to acknowledge their achievement.

Children visiting venues out with the St. George’s venue will travel in a modern, fully equipped, fully insured mini-bus or coach with an appropriately trained driver and the vehicle meeting the recommended standards. Excel Sports staff will accompany the children having undergone the necessary safety training to accompany children.  Excel’s staff will remain at the venue at all times, either to assist the specialist instructors where needed but remain on hand to supervise and support the children at the beginning & end of each visit, especially during break times.
