Pre-Season Football

Excel Sports have teamed up with Coerver® Coaching and Hearts FC to provide a challenging and enjoyable coaching programme. Training takes place at the magnificent Hearts FC Football Academy, with the opportunity to train in the facilities used by Hearts FC 1st team squad.

THIS PROGRAMME IS A WEEK LONG & STARTS AND ENDS EACH DAY AT ST. GEORGE'S.  MINI-BUS/COACH TRAVEL WILL BE ARRANGED BY EXCEL AND TAKES PLACE WITHIN THE DAY AT EXCEL

The Coerver® Coaching method is the only method
recommended by both FIFA and UEFA as well as top federations,
clubs, players and coaches worldwide.

Camps focus on developing individual skills and small group
plays. Following Coerver® Coaching Pyramid of Player
Development curriculum players will work on Ball Mastery,
passing and receiving, 1v1 attack and defence, speed, finishing
and group play. Small sided games, skill challenges and
tournaments will also take place throughout the week.

Camps are offered at 2 levels: Skill Skool for beginner to
intermediate players aged 5-10 years, and Masterclass for those
who already play club/school football or for advanced players.

As well as coaching participant will also receive a certificate of
achievement and have the chance to meet the 1st team players.

At the end of the week, family and friends are invited to join in
the fun of the children’s Oscars and Prize Giving Ceremony.

The majority of each day will be football-based with a maximum of 2 hours participating in the Multi-Sports Programme.
